About Me
I love working with people to help them solve their computer problems.

While I enjoy the technical side of the computer biz, I am also a teacher at heart. And, as it turns out, my calm demeanor and patient attitude are a welcome relief to those suffering from “computer stress”.

One of my special skills is that I’m “tri-lingual”; I speak Mac, PC, and English. I’m more of a teacher, technician, and computer therapist than a geek.

and help you feel that everything’s going to be o.k. I’m known for making people laugh, even under the most frustrating circumstances.

My goal is to provide personalized, friendly, technical support

to small businesses and individuals that large corporations like: Microsoft, Apple, Dell, HP, AOL, Century Link, Comcast, Astound, AT&T, Verizon, and the “big box” tech services cannot provide. One of the services I offer is the ability to speak on your behalf to those companies when things go wrong. Because I speak their language, they’ll listen to me long after they have dismissed you and told you it wasn’t their fault (when it usually is their fault!). I go to bat for you!

In an emergency, it’s always best to call. I can often chat with you in between clients and I check my messages frequently throughout the day. Our remote support service enables me to work with you anytime anywhere and it’s great for emergencies. So, don’t hesitate to call!
